Rosaria thrives with big challenges, bringing all the pieces together to deliver on a vision for an experience. She has led some extremely complex productions, including a large scale hybrid event in partnership with the International Food and Agribusiness Management Association, which ran over 5 days featuring an academic symposium, a student case competition, a global forum, a presidential banquet, a VIP function, and multiple ancillary events.

Rosaria’s skills are not limited to events. She took charge of sustainability, health and safety, and engagement with tangata whenua / mana whenua across the entire organisation. She led our B Corp certification, our choice of specific targets to work towards under the SDGs, and our choice of new office. Her attention to detail and deep focus on outcomes led directly to us winning multiple awards.

Rosaria is a powerhouse of technical event production and a professional of the highest order. I have had the distinct pleasure of collaborating with Rosaria for over five years on major technical events including E Tipu. This complex, multi-day event catered to over 800 participants both in-person and online, featuring advanced technical requirements such as LED walls, live broadcasts and capture, multiple stages and remote international speakers. Under Rosaria's production leadership, E Tipu has grown to become one of the major professional conferences in the agricultural thought leadership space in NZ.

She engages with contractors as peers, demands the best and empowers people to deliver to the standards she sets. She’s always cool, calm and collected and is extremely well respected in the event industry.

I have personally worked with Rosaria over the past 8 years to deliver some of the most thoughtful and considered events in New Zealand. As a highly accomplished event manager, Rosaria has demonstrated exceptional skills in defining what an impactful event can be.

Rosaria's role in these events extended beyond logistics and event management. She played an integral part in shaping the cultural, social, and culinary experiences.

Under Rosaria's direction, Venues Ōtautahi experienced an improvement in waste management practices, through the implementation of new waste sorting strategies. These standards are now implemented across all five of our city venues.
