Kia ora! I’m Rosaria Ferguson, a world-class, remote-first, event producer with 15 years experience creating impactful experiences. My journey in the events industry ranges from corporate conferences and boutique trainings, to music festivals, brand activations, and international wellness events.

I’m proud to be a 2024 Finalist for the 2024 NZEA Best Established Industry Professional.

I’m passionate about sustainable event practices, innovative technical solutions, and creating inclusive experiences. At Boma I spearheaded B.Corp Certification, SDG alignment, carbon calculation and procurement at an organisational level leading Boma to be recognised as a 2023 finalist for SBN‘s Social Impactor Award.

I support inspiring and impactful community initiatives, love nature and adventure, and serve as Chair of Gap Filler Trust, who create installations and projects that promote play and civic engagement.
